The male breast, which is structurally similar to the female breast, contains less breast tissue.

But in some cases, the male breast begins to grow on its own. This is a disease and is called “gynecomastia” in medicine.
Gynecomastia can have many causes. Some diseases and drugs can cause gynecomastia. However, in most cases of gynecomastia, it occurs spontaneously for no apparent reason.
Gynecomastia may also occur, especially with weight gain.
Most of the bodybuilders have gynecomastia. The reason for this is the high amount of male hormones they use as a stimulant.

Since gynecomastia cannot be cured once it occurs, the growing breast tissue must be surgically removed.
Two different operations are performed according to the structure of the mammary gland.
If it is soft and oily; fat removal surgery (liposuction) may be sufficient.
Hard and large gynecomastia; should be removed using the open technique. It is not an operation that leaves a scar. A semicircular incision is made at the junction of the nipple and the colored part, and the mammary gland is removed from here. If necessary, liposuction is also performed in the same session.

It is a small and painless surgery that can be performed without the need for hospitalization. After 4 days, you can return to your normal life.
